Add Item
The add item section allows you to add items / products to your event. Items (products) are goods and services an exhibitor / sponsor may wish to showcase at your event.
An item is designed to be associated with an exhibitor / sponsor, and can be any product or service an exhibitor / sponsor has, for example, if a 'Acme Software' is a sponsor and sells a product called 'Acme Software 1.0', then you can add that product and associate it with 'Acme Software' as the exhibitor / sponsor, under the 'software' category.
These products will then be listed under the sponsors profile in the app, as well as under the 'Exhibitor / Sponsor Items' section under the software category.
The add item section has the following inputs:
Item Details
Item details is the information about the specific item you are adding. The following inputs are available:

| Live stream or pre-recorded | URL | A URL to an embed youtube URL. This will then load in the details of the item. must be a web accessible URL capable of being embeded via an iFrame |
| Website | URL | A URL to a website with more details about the product |
| Item ID or SKU | String | An ID or SKU associated with the product. This will display in the app and can be used as a reference to a product by attendees. eg, model# or SKU |
| Item Description | String | A short description of the product |
URLs must be full URLs, including the protocol, eg, https://[website].com. The URL should also contain https as modern browsers will typically block non-https content.
Photo
The photo section allows you to upload a photo of the item. The photo will be displayed on the app.
Group
The group section allows you to add categorization for your products. An item can belong to multiple groups, and helps attendees find products they are interested in. As an example, if you have a sponsor called 'Acme Software' and they sell software that is used in the medical industry, you can add a group called 'Medical' and then add the item 'Acme Software 1.0' to the 'Medical' group however, this software also is for record keeping, so you can also add the item to the 'Record Keeping' group. The item will then be listed under both groups.

Add new group
You may also add new groups by selecting the 'Add new group' button at the top right of the group section. This will display a new area allowing you to add a new group. The following inputs are available:

Once you click the 'add item group' button, the group will be saved and added to the available groups below.
