Add exhibitor / sponsor
The add exhibitor / sponsor section allows you to add an exhibitor / sponsor to your event. The add exhibitor / sponsor section is broken up into the following sections:
Details
The details' section allows you to configure high level information about your exhibitor / sponsor.

| Location | String | The location of the exhibitor / sponsor, this should be their booth number, e.g Booth 12 A etc. This can be mapped to a map point |
| Address | String | The physical address of an exhibitor or sponsor, typically this is a headquarters or regional office location. |
| Phone | Integer | The phone number of the exhibitor / sponsor |
| Contact Email | String | A contact email address, this will display in the exhibitor / sponsors profile in app. This is also used for QR share |
| Live Stream URL | URL String | This is a web accessible URL to youtube. When this is set, the top portion of the detail page will display the video. |
| Lead email | When set, this email will be used to notify of any new 'leads'. This can be used in conjunction with the exhibitor / sponsor pin for lead generation | |
| Details | String | The details section should list information about the exhibitor / sponsor. |
Exhibitor / Sponsors can use a generated 'pin' to allow the app to generate leads. When an exhibitor / sponsor uses their pin, it changes the QR code button at the bottom of the app into a 'lead' button. This will give an option to scan or generate a lead. Once an attendees QR code is scanned, it will bring them to an attendee screen, where they can choose to generate a lead for that attendee. Leads will get sent to the lead mail, and logged in the exhibitor / sponsor analytics section.
Logo
The logo section allows you to upload a logo for the exhibitor / sponsor. The logo will be displayed on the app.
Links
The exhibitor / sponsor links section allows you to add an unlimited amount of links to an exhibitor / sponsor profile. From this screen you can add links, select an icon for the links as well as the color for the links.
To add a link, simple click the Add new link button, this will add a link box under the add new links section

Groups
Sponsor groups are only available to sponsors, and are used for sponsor grouping such as 'Gold, Silver, Bronze' etc. These items will be grouped in the app accordingly.
The groups' section allows you to group your sponsors by sponsor categories such as 'Gold, Silver, Bronze' etc. This will allow you to group your sponsors. In addition, you can also order a specific sponsor in a group listing.
By default, the order of sponsors in a group is alphabetical

Add new type
To add a new group, you can click the 'Add new type' button at the top right of the 'groups' tab. Doing so, will display a new section with the following inputs:

| Type Order | integer | The order of the group, the lower the number, the higher the priority in the listing, as an example, if 'Platinum' is the top tear, then setting this type oder to 1 would list first and so on. |

Once a new group is added. it will display in the ' groups ' dropdown.
Banner
When the type is set to sponsor, a new tab will be displayed for 'Banner'. Sponsor banners will display on every screen in the app, at the bottom of the screen. When multiple sponsor banners are present, it will display in a 'slider'
Ensure that the banner is the correct size, the banner image must be 1350px X 150px
The banner section allows you to upload a banner for the sponsor. The banner will be displayed on the app. When adding a banner you can also control if that banner should go to their profile or to a URL.
