Add Stand alone survey
A stand-alone survey is one that is not attached to a session, and can be linked to a button in the app. This allows you to create surveys that are not attached to a session, and can be linked to a button in the app.
Add new survey
The stand-alone survey has the following fields:

| Survey Title | The title of the stand-alone survey. This is used for display in the admin |
| Survey | The survey the stand alone survey will use |
Survey linking
To link to a stand-alone survey, you can select survey from the "App appearance > Home button" section and select 'survey'. The stand-alone surveys will display in a dropdown box.
