Manage attendees
The manage attendee section allows you to manage the speakers that have been created for your event. The manage attendee section will allow you to edit and delete attendees.
Action bar
At the top of speakers page, you will find an action bar containing

| Download all QR Codes | This will download all QR codes for attendees, this will generate a ZIP file of all QR codes, each QR code will be named with the attendee ID for an attendee. |
| Download attendee spreadsheet | Will download a spreadsheet of all your attendees. This can also be used for bulk upload |
| Delete all attendees | This will remove all attendees from the event This cannot be undone |
Delete all attendees
Deleting all attendees is a destructive action, and cannot be undone.
Attendees
A listing of all the attendees you have added
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name, photo, and rating of the speaker will be listed |
| Send Welcome Email | The send welcome email button will send the attendee a 'Welcome' email, this email will contain information on how to validate themselves inside the app or website. |
| Checked-in | The checked-in section lets you know if an attendee has validated themselves in the app. When an attendee validates themselves, it will show a green checkmark, hovering over the checkmark will show when they validated themselves. |
| Pin | The Pin section is an attendees unique pin used to validate themselves in the app. This pin allows an attendee to validate and edit their profile in app |
| QR | The QR section is a link to view / download an attendees QR code. This code can be used for attendee to attendee scanning or session check-ins, and even exhibitor lead generation |

Attendee checked-in
The attendee checked-in section, while indicating a user has validated, also indicates that an attendee has 'Agreed to' any privacy policies in the app. If an attendee, at any time 'disagrees' with the policy, they can 'opt-out' and their access to edit their profile will be revoked. This will also indicate they are no longer 'checked-in' in the app.
