Add attendee

The add attendee page allows you to create an attendee for your event. The add attendee page is broken up into the following sections:

Attendee details

The attendee details section allows you to configure high level details about the attendee.

Attendee is speakerYes/NoThis setting allows you to set if this attendee is also a speaker. This option can only be set when adding a new attendee. When set to yes, a new speaker will be created as well as an attendee and the two will be mapped togeather.
Attendee titleStringThe title of a attendee, such as DR, CEO, MD etc
First nameStringThe first name of the attendee
Last nameStringThe last name of the attendee
Attendee emailStringA valid email of the attendee This email will be used to send validation emails to users, if no email is set, they will not be able to request a pin
Attendee PhoneIntegerThe phone number of the attendee
Attendee CompanyStringThe company the attendee may work for
Attendee DetailsStringA short bio of the Attendee
Attendee onlyStringThe attendee only section allows you to set specific text for the attendee, this can be things like special instructions for this attendee OR a personalized welcome message etc. This can only be seen by the attendee once validated and can be accessed in app under the 'my details' button in the hamburger menu.

Attendee photo

The attendee photo section allows you to upload a photo of the attendee. The photo will be displayed on the app.

The attendee links section allows you to add an unlimited amount of links to an attendees profile. From this screen you can add links, select an icon for the links as well as the color for the links.

Add link

To add a link, simple click the Add new link button, this will add a link box under the add new links section

IconSelectThe icon will default to a 'globe' Clicking on that icon will display a window to change the icon by selecting the one you wish to use. This icon will then be used when displaying the links
ColorSelectThe color will default to a 'blue' Clicking on that color will display a window to change the color by selecting the one you wish to use. This color will then be used when displaying the links
LinkURL StringThe valid URL to the website. This must be a valid URL, including https://[website] Ensure links are HTTPS, as most browsers will give an error without
