Manage external users

The manage external users will allow you to view all external users and remove a user if you wish.

SettingDescription
NameThe user name and email address
User nameThe user name of the user Email address
TypeThe type of user, speaker or exhibitor / sponsor
ActiveAn indicator showing if the user has activated their account or not. If they have activated the account, a green checkmark will be display. Hovering over the checkmark will show when the user activated their account.
DeleteAllows you to delete a user
Note

Removing a speaker OR exhibitor / sponsor will not remove the external access account. If a speaker or exhibitor / sponsor is removed from the system, the external user will be unable to login, however their account will still be present in the system.
