Ratings
The ratings section allows you the ability to a star rating to your event, allowing your attendees the ability to ‘rate’ things like session, speakers etc.
Sections
Allow anonymous ratings
The "allow anonymous ratings" option when set to ‘yes’ will allow any users, validated or not the ability to ‘rate’ an item. When set to ‘no’ only validated attendees will be able to rate items.
When set to ‘Yes’ any attendee can rate an item, regardless of whether they have validated or not. When set to ‘No’ only validated attendees can rate an item.
Rating types
The rating section allows you to configure how ratings for each section will operate
Each rating is based off a '5 star' rating structure, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.
Section
The section is the section of the app you want to allow ratings for
Add rating
The add ratings checkbox, when selected will indicate you wish to allow ratings for that sections
Display rating
The display rating checkbox, when selected will indicate you wish to display the rating for that section
When the display rating is selected, the rating will be displayed on the item in the app. When disabled, if a user submits a rating the rating will be logged, but that rating will not be displayed and only visible on the backend OR to the group access.
Group access
The group access option can control who can see the rating of a specific section. When group access is set, only attendees who belong to that attendee group will be able to see the ratings for that section.
